Unlock Deeper Intimacy: Lets Transform Your Relationship Together
If you're in a committed relationship for any length of time, you probably understand that it takes work to... well... make it work.
Once the initial cocktail of "infatuation hormones" has worn off you are now blessed with a deeper and more nuanced experience of your partnership.
This is where the real magic happens. Beyond the surface-level connection lies the opportunity for deep, transformative intimacy. You’ll begin to uncover aspects of your relationship that may challenge you but also hold the promise of incredible growth and authentic connection.
People I work with face challenges such as:
- Struggling with Communication: Conversations about certain topics can become emotionally charged or seem to go nowhere, leaving both partners frustrated and disconnected.
- Experiencing a Lack of Intimacy: Difficulty in establishing and maintaining emotional or physical closeness, leading to feelings of distance and disconnection.
- Waning Desire: A decrease in sexual desire, where one might "want to want it" or feel pressured to desire sex, creating inner conflict and dissatisfaction.
- Unequal Sexual Desire: One partner may crave sex more than the other, leading to feelings of rejection, frustration, or inadequacy.
- Disconnection in Pleasure: A lack of fulfillment in the sexual relationship, whether due to emotional barriers, physical discomfort, or unmet desires.
In my experience with these things, I have noticed that there is an underlying pattern.
A lack of connection to someone's embodied internal experience.
Put another way, when I become more intimate with myself - getting to know the way my brain (including early childhood relationship programming and safety mechanisms), my feelings (which are intelligent messengers) and my physical body (comfortable, pleasurable, co-ordinated movement) works - this paves the way for deeper intimacy with my partner.
This deeper self-awareness fosters:
- Connection, Playfulness, and Joy: Based on a "relationship culture" of safety and trust.
- Feeling Seen and Heard: Through communication that is honest, compassionate, and healing.
- Greater Enjoyment and Trust in Your Body: By connecting more deeply with the authentic responses of your body.
Which is where I come into the picture.
